Justice in the World relates to Pakistan

My thoughts on November 13, 2010

The Definition of Justice according to Burke: The upholding of rights, and the punishments or wrongs, by the law. It is the constant and perpertual (continuing for a long period of time without interrupting) wish to give each man his due according to the dictionary.

I think this definition clearly belongs to the basic rights of each person (boys/girls) commonly. If their wished would not be cared the society will automatically become out of control of the government at initial level. Basic rights of people are directly connected with the human rights in a brad term and sense.

Article 13 of International Human Rights Constitution issued by the all nations of the world on December 10, 1948, in a session of United Nations Organization at Newyork, says, "(1)Everybody has the right to move or go anywhere in his/her state and to reside anywhere permanently."
